Workout Description:

What does everyone doing a boot camp class have in common? They all LOVE burning fat!  A workout that burns fat will reveal earned muscle and leave clients feeling great for the next 24 hours. I’ve designed this MAX Fat Burn workout to kickstart metabolism, trigger large muscle groups, and push clients to reach their max VO2 for the ultimate cardio fat-burn experience. Notice, this workout is 10/10 difficulty…because nothing great comes easy!

Clients burn calories right from the start. WARNING: watch out for sweat on the floor…it can make for a slippery workout area. My clients were literally drenched with sweat, leaving their trail, and proving there effort.

There is no equipment needed in this one and it can be done indoors, outdoors, on a hillside, or in the sand. In the future you can kick this workout up to a 11/10 difficulty by adding in weights or med balls. Your mission in this workout is to push each client to their max. They need your motivation. Remind them; they will get out, what they put in.
